Shopify inventory
Some products sell from the same supply. OneShelf gives them one count, so Shopify stops overselling what you actually have.
Built for Shopify. Online store and POS.
The problem
When several listings draw from the same supply, Shopify does not know they are linked. So it sells past your real stock, and you find out after the order.
How it works
Set the number you really have. Tell OneShelf how much each listing uses per sale. It keeps Shopify's own counts correct from there.
One count serves your storefront and Shopify POS. A sale in either place draws the same base stock.
The cart is capped at what you can fulfil. Not an apology email after the order is placed.
A listing can draw from several base stocks at once. The available count follows the tightest one.
Watch the numbers first. OneShelf writes nothing to Shopify until you trust it.
Hold back a unit or two near empty, to absorb a same-minute rush. It sells again as stock recovers.
If anything goes wrong, you see it, in plain words, with a link straight to the fix.
